Whether you just need a one-time consultation or representation in an ongoing trial, you can find the right professional on the site. You can post cases regarding yourself or your company. When posting a case, please respect our Terms and Conditions, as any fraudulent or non-compliant cases will be removed, and the posting accounts terminated.
The legal experts registered on the website are individual lawyers and law firms located in Romania. They cover a wide range of fields of expertise, making sure that whatever your issue is, you will be able to find the right professional for you.
We believe that everyone has the right for affordable and professional legal services, so our service is free forever for clients, no exceptions. We also do not take any kind of commissions. We sustain our business by charging our lawyers a small monthly subscription fee to appear on our site.
We handle all information submitted to the site – including your personal and contact information – with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with our GDPR compatible Privacy Policy. We also enforce these rules on the legal experts subscribed to the site. Our site is protected by SSL encryption and we have taken great measures to avoid any data breach from the website. When posting a case, the applying lawyers do not see your contact information or your name until you select them for a meeting.
You can provide as much or as little information as you want, but we require you to write a short summary of your case so applying lawyers can determine the best course of action before sending their offers. Remember, that we and our lawyers handle all information confidentially so feel free to provide al information you deem relevant in your case. However, do not admit any crimes in writing. Instead, use the wording “I am being charged with”.
If you don’t find the appropriate subcategory relevant to your case, select the “other” option. That way you can skip the questionnaire and describe your case in writing.
Absolutely not. Asking for legal help in our site is commitment-free and as long as you haven’t signed an agreement with a lawyer in person nothing is legally binding. You are free to change your mind even if you have selected a lawyer on the site.
Editing live cases is not possible, but you can delete your case before the application period ends. After you have deleted your case you can post a new one with the corrected information straight from your account.
You will receive email notifications about every new offer and message. You can also check the offers in your account at any time. If you do not receive these notifications, make sure to check your spam folder and whitelist our email address in your email client.
Your case goes live as soon as you have activated your account by logging in for the first time. Lawyers will immediately see your case and start evaluating it. The first offers usually start coming in after a few hours but sometimes it may take a few days. Your case is active for 30 days or until you close it.
Yes, you can write direct messages to the lawyers who have sent you an offer and they can also write you back. In addition, you are free to call or email any lawyer within our database.
If you like the offer of a lawyer, you can schedule an in-person meeting with them. Liking their proposal will send an email to both you and the selected lawyer, providing each other your contact details, making further communication easier. You can like as many offers as you want, and you can meet multiple lawyers before selecting one to hire.
Your posted case will remain open for 30 days, so don’t lose hope if you don’t find a lawyer right away as it may take some time for them to evaluate your case. If it doesn’t work, try posting the case again with more information and more selected regions.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it, by clicking on the “I have forgotten my password” button when trying to log in to your account. You will receive an email with a recovery link where you will be able to set up a new password. If you have access to your old password but just want to change it, you can do it in the Settings menu after logging into your profile.
If you want to delete your profile you can do so by logging into your account and selecting the “Delete profile” option. Deleting your profile will also delete all your open and closed cases and all your data associated with your account. Please remember that this action cannot be undone.
