Nicoleta Ciulei Gherghe is the Managing Partner of CGN Legal. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Bucharest University, and member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (2010), the Bucharest Bar Association (2004) and the Romanian Attorneys at Law’s Association (2004).

Nicoleta concentrates her practice mainly on corporate, employment and data protection law, advising domestic and international clients of various industries. She has gained significant experience in employment law issues related to M&A projects, transfers of undertakings, outsourcing and spin offs, negotiation of individual or collective labour agreements, management agreements, internal labour policies and regulations, restructuring programs and lay-offs procedures. She has also been a member of the M&A legal teams advising on a number of headline transactions in Romania on all transaction related issues up to a successful closing
