Member of the Olt Bar Association since 2006, he is coordinating the activity of the Ovidiu P. Goran - law office.

Mr. Goran graduated from the West University Timisoara, faculty of law (2004), as well as having an MBA from the Maastricht University (2017) and has extensive experience in preventive legal consulting and dispute resolution.

Currently he is involved in several Industrial relations research projects as part of the PhD program he is undertaking at Vrije University, Amsterdam and DCU Business School, Dublin.

In his consulting activity Mr. Goran focuses on activities of prudence, prevention and anticipation of results, having extensive corporate and commercial experience, in particular regarding risk assessment and mitigation, project management, organization and drafting of documents for boards of directors and general meetings of shareholders, corporate governance, drafting civil and commercial agreements, with emphasis on heavy industrial machinery acquisitions.

As a litigator, his domain of expertise covers a wide range of legal areas, but focuses in particular on commercial and inter-professional disputes, employment law and commercial law, as well as fiscal contentious legal matters, in several high profile cases.
